Vaccination Requirements
All grooming dogs
must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations:
• Rabies
• DHPP/Distemper Combo (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Para-influenza)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Please bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records when you check-in.
